Ayala Vintage 2006 La Perle

This delicate wine is only made in particularly good harvest years of Grand Cru grapes. Mainly chardonnay (80%) with a touch of pinot noir. The champagne develops its complex aroma and flavor through a maturation of at least 8 years in bottle under cork on its yeasts.

A rich champagne with a creamy but also fresh aroma of citrus and apples. In the taste we find white stone fruit, minerality, pastry and honey.
