Brut réserve

A wonderfully refined blend of meunier, chardonnay, pinot noir, mainly picked in the Marne valley. Malolaction fermentation was allowed, about half is reserve wine. Elegant, fruity, a lovely freshness: this is the kind of champagne that makes everyone happy.

Always a good choice for an aperitif, easily served with mild cheeses or fish in a light creamy sauce.
