Blanc de blancs

The chardonnay grapes for this lively blanc de blancs are from villages Grauves and Bouzy. Fermented in inox, malolactic fermentation was blocked to keep freshness and acidity. After second fermentation the champagne is kept in cellar for a year and a half.

A nice fruity chardonnay champagne with a citrus aroma, lots of freshness and playfulness, and a dry finish. A lovely aperitif, good with shellfish or grilled fish.
