This cuvée is a pure expression of pinot noir, vinified in stainless steel from a single plot called Chevry. This is a non vintage champagne, based on year 2019. Aged on the lees for more than 22 months. Fresh, fruity and mineral, perfect for an aperitif and to pair with fresh dishes.
