This special Champagne comes from 2 single plots from the Bollinger house, in Ay; Les Chaudes Terres and Clos Saint Jacques. These 2 plots survived Phylloxera in the 20th century, and therefore, the name of the cuvée, Vieilles Vignes Francaises means French Old Vines. Only 3180 bottles were produced in 2008. The bottle comes in a beautiful wooden box.
