Cuvée nº745 - extra brut (magnum 1,5L)

This '700' cuvée is based on harvest 2017 and blended with reserve wines from the champagne house. The grapes mainly come from Ay, Dizy and Hautvilliers, the rest come from Côte des Blancs, Avize and Oiry. The wine has been aged 4 years on the lees, with a very low dosage of 0,75 gr/l to better express the terroir and ageing characteristics.
