Terre de Meunier

Made of the number one grape in the Marne Valley: this is pure meunier. The grape may be fleshy and juicy by nature, this champagne is dry and earthy at the same time. The reserve wine from the previous year has had malolactic fermentation and oak aging.

A wonderful champagne for the adventurous taster. Layered and exciting, this champagne has a light smokiness that makes it a great food companion. Do not serve this champagne too cold, and preferably use a wide glass: the more you will pick up in the aroma.
