Cuvee Revolution non dose

Dry and well aged: the grapes for this blanc de blancs come from grand cru vineyards in Cote de Blancs. Fifty percent of the wine, a blend of three consecutive years, was vinified in used barriques, malolactic fermentation was partially allowed. Both in aroma and flavour this champagne is rich and fruity with a wonderfully dry finish.

Sublime as an aperitif, great with a light fish dish or shellfish.
