Extra brut magnum (1.5 liter)

This very accessible meunier champagne has both lots of fruit and freshness. The grapes have touched stainless steel only and are allowed malolactic fermentation. The champagne is released onto the market after about two years in cellar.

In the aroma blossom and light summer fruit, in the flavor lots of fruit like white peach and yellow plum. The mouthfeel is round and refreshing, the finish is nice and dry. A wonderful aperitif, serve it with a shrimp croquette.
