Vintage 2013 Hommage parcellaire 'Les Vignes Blanches'

A hommage to the vineyard Les Vignes Blanches, this blanc de blancs champagne is made of chardonnay grapes from this vineyard, in Cuisles. The grapes, picked in vintage year 2013, are vinified in oak, malolactic fermentation was blocked. After second fermentation the champagne was allowed three years on its lees in cellar.

A lively, svelte chardonnay champagne with floral aromas and white fruit and almond in the flavor. A refined companion to light dishes with white fish.
