Vintage 2015 Hommage parcellaire 'les Roches'

A hommage to the meunier vineyard Les Roches, in Jonquery. The grapes from vintage year 2015 were vinified in oak, malolactic fermentation was blocked. After second fermentation the champagne was allowed three years on its lees in cellar. 

Lovely round, fruity meunier champagne with fine 'green' acidity.
