Rich and aged with base year 2011
Cuvee 739 Degorgement Tardif
The Jacquesson champagnes in the 700 series are complex and dry and age really well. The first bottles are released after four years of aging. The second batch is degorged much later, after about nine years of aging on the lees: degorgement tardif.
Cuvee 739 had 2011 as its base year.
The Degorgement Tardif champagnes are a true delight for champagne lovers. A well aged, complex champagne with a smooth mouthfeel and gentle acidity. Sip it slowly, then serve some smoked fish and cream with it.
