Jacquesson Vintage 2005 Avize Champ Caïn

This vintage single plot champagne from Jacquesson was disgorged in February 2015. Bottled with a low dosage of 2,5 gr/l, making it an extra brut. 

Champ Caïn is a vineyard 100% planted with chardonnay and the vines date back to 1962. The vines are facing South and are planted on a chalky soil. The wine was not filtered. A bit less than 10.000 bottles were produced.
