Vintage 2008 Dizy Corne Bautray

Chardonnay grapes for this vintage champagne come from the southwest facing upper part of the slope of Champ Caïn, planted in 1962. The grapes were picked in 2008, a season that started out wet and cold and ended warm and dry: this champagne is already very drinkable.

The wines were vinified in oak casks and matured on the lees. Non filtered.
