Solessence extra brut

Pleasantly dry champagne made of grapes from seven villages in Côte de Blancs and Marne valley, like Pierry, Moussy and Mardeuil. Ninety percent is fermented in inox, the other part goes into oak barrels. About 50% reserve wine from a solera system was added. 

A fresh, fruity champagne with a floral aroma. Nice and dry, accessible and exciting.
