Coteaux champenois rouge Les Devoix 2018

Still red wine made of pinot noir from the vineyard Les Devois, about fifty years old. The grapes get skin maceration for ten days, they are vinified and aged for ten months in oak barrels. This wine is produced only in warm years in which the grapes are fully ripe. 

A light colored red wine with lots of fruit and some herbiness.
