La Borderie Cuvée Douce Folie Rosé
This pinot noir rose is made through maceration for two days, whole bunches in tank. Malolactic fermentation is allowed, after second fermentation the champagne stays on lees in cellar for eighteen months. The grapes come from fifty year old vines.
A rose with lovely freshness and lots of red fruit in aroma and flavor.
