Vintage 2012 Marie Lancelot

This is Cramant at its best: vintage champagne Marie Lancelot is made of grapes from six different chardonnay vineyards in grand cru village Cramant. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, malolaction fermentation takes place and the dosage is low: this is an elegant blanc de blancs boasting white fruit, with nice acidity, minerality and a slight saltiness.
