The pinot noir grapes for this dry champagne come from the Largillier plot named 'Mineral', the part that contains lots of limestone in the soil. A beautiful fresh, dry champagne - citrus, white fruit - a wonderful partner to a cheese platter with soft (goat) cheeses.
