Largillier rosé

The Champagne house exists since 2006. Located in the southernmost part of Champagne, in Côte des Bars, Coessens is making 8 different champagnes our of its only plot, Largillier. The plot is divided in 4 different parts; Matière, Fruit, Fleur & Minéral. This millésime is from Matière.

The rosé de saignée from Coessens is rich & generous. It was made in the ancestral technique of grape crushing by foot, with a 12 hours skin maceration.
