Blend of meunier & chardonnay from one parcel in Baslieux sous Châtillon, harvested together in order to obtain the best maturity for the Meunier and the freshness of the Chardonnay. The percel is called 'Sur Le Grand Marais'.

In the vineyard, Eric Taillet works sustainably, encourages the development of good cover crops and no chemicals use.
