Blanc de noirs champagne made of meunier and pinot noir from vineyards in Villers-Marmery. The grapes were picked in vintage year 2019. Lots of fruit, playful and lively. Remarkable is that Boutillez does not chose to make a very dry champagne, as many modern champagne makers do these days. Instead, with 9 grams dosage she delivers a more traditional brut champagne.
