Chardonnay champagne made of fruit from vintage year 2012, picked in vineyards in Villers-Marmery. A fruity, refined blanc de blancs that gained complexity with cellar aging. Remarkable is that Boutillez does not chose to make a very dry champagne, as many modern champagne makers do these days. Instead, with 8 grams dosage she delivers a more traditional brut champagne.
