The style of the house is characterized by the use of wooden barrels from Burgundy (Meursault & Puligny-Montrachet) of 3-5 wines old. The low dosages ensure that the wines show the terroir beautifully.

The Mesnil experience cuvée is made of 100% chardonnay coming from Le Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru. 

On the nose, the champagne is floral and herbal. On the palate, the champagne is also floral, lively and structured.
