Sébastien and Marie-Laurène Lefébure are truly passionated by their land, its history and are taking their time to build their identity step by step. They work together 7 ha of vineyards in the area of les Coteaux du Petit Morin, situated between la Côte des Blancs and Côtes de Sézanne. During the harvest 2017, they have vinified for the first time, the equivalent of 0,15ha (1200 bottles). Handcrafted, from riddling by hand to disgorment à la volée.

 

This cuvée is made of harvest 2019, bottled for second fermentation in 2020. Fermentation in oak barrels, aged on the lees and malolactic fermentation was done. Disgorged "à la volée" in 2023.
