Bollinger PN AYC '18 - magnum (1,5l)

With this new wine famous Bollinger starts the PN series: pinot noir champagnes from specific sites in Champagne.

This new cuvée is a blanc de noirs, made of grapes mostly from the grand cru village Ay. The rest of the blend come from other villages such as Verzenay and Tauxières. Wine from base year 2018, aged partly in inox partly in oak, is blended up to 50% with reserve wine. Some reserve wines have been aged in magnum bottles in the Bollinger cellar, some since 2009. The dosage is brut but moderate, with 6 gr/l.
