During her life madame Clicquot, a young widow who took over her late husband's business in 1805, was called 'La Grande Dame de la Champagne'. This headstrong business woman built the company we now know from the bright yellow labels.
The top cuvée is a hommage to this lady: a vintage champagne in a special bottle and pretty packaging. A pinot noir based champagne made of grapes from grand cru vineyards.

 

2015 was a sunny vintage, bringing great ripeness to the fruits. The blend is mainly made from pinot noir, from 8 different crus in Champagne. This special vintage is a collaboration between the Italian artist Paola Paronetto and Veuve Clicquot. The artist chose different pale colors for the giftboxes, giving optimism and joy.
