Discover the new vintage from the young winemaker Fabien Caze. Located in Vallée de la Marne, Fabien mainly works with meunier grapes. He is part of this generation of young winemakers who focus on making great terroir champagnes, in the respect of nature. 

2017 was a difficult year in Champagne, with extreme weathers, but a lot Champagne houses actually got very high quality grapes, in smaller quantities. This cuvée from Cazé-Thibaut is definitely one to try!
