Coessens only makes red coteaux Champenois still wines in years when the grapes reach perfect phenolic maturity and are in perfect condition. This red wine is made of 100% pinot noir from the Matière section in Largillier. Whole bunch maceration for 24 days and 36 months of oak ageing. Only 1200 bottles produced.
