Mi-Pentes Blanc de Noirs

Fresh, expressive, almost powerful. Made of pinot noir, a part of which had oak aging, this is a champagne that asks you to take your time to taste it. The name Mi-Pentes refers to the mid slope vineyards, close to Ecueil. A lively, exciting, complex blanc de noirs that could use a grilled fish for company.
