Vintage 2015 Chaillots Hautes Vignes blanc de blancs

Beautiful blanc de blancs champagne made of grapes from two premier cru vineyards with old vines in Ecueil, Montagne de Reims: Les Chaillots en Les Hautes Vignes. The grapes are vinified in oak barrels, after second fermentation the champagne is allowed three years in cellar. 

Nice and dry food champagne with complexity.
