From the plots 'flower' and 'fruit' the pinot noir grapes are picked for this blanc de noirs. Vinified seperately, with malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended in spring for second fermentation. As the plot names already suggest, you may expect fruitiness and flowery impressions from this elegant champagne with good structure.
