An outsider in the Coessens collection, this blend of pinot noir grapes from all four plots in Coessens' Largillier vineyard. Reserve wines from different vintage years are blended into a solera system, together they offer a refined, complex flavour.

Freshness and elegance, very ripe fruit and honey: a champagne with great finesse, a lovely companion to lobster, white meat or light cheeses.
