Sarmate I - magnum 1,5L

This is the first cuvée from the young and talented champagne maker, Perrine Fresne. She just took over from her father, and if announcing a bright future with Sarmate 1. Sarmate is the result of a minutious plot selection, only from her best vines in Sermiers.

The wine is based on harvest 2020 and blended with reserve wines, legacy from her father.

• the average age of the vines is 45 years
